Every time I have contacted nerium I have had the worst experience. I called last February to cancel my auto ship since I am a military member and wouldn’t be home for 4 months.

Well today $144 came out of my account and I called to see why my shipment wasn’t canceled. Well they said my autoshio was never canceled it was delayed. I asked them if they could cancel the shipment, they said no. Which doesn’t make since because if my card was declined my shipment wouldn’t go through.

Then I asked if I could return the product and get a refund. They said yes but you have to return it in ten day. I won’t be home until the end of June and I asked them if they could extend that time since I wouldn’t be there to return it they say no ten days then asked if there was anything else they could do then hung up on me.

I love the product but hate their customer service. I don’t want to buy their products anymore when they treat their customers like ***
