I've been trying to get my salesperson to help me stop the shipments and get out of this expensive loop. I really need not to spend the $57/month (which he said was at a discount) and my friend (who pursuaded me to sign up) has not helped me get out of this, when I've told him multipule times that this is too expensive for me.

I am frustrated and continue to have shipments sent and money taken from my account. I don't know whether the product is helping.

The quantity is very small for such an expensive amount. The main problem is that every time I try to get out of it, he dissuades me and does not listen when I say I can't afford it and need OUT!

Reason of review: Need help getting out of the automatic delivery and payments!.

Monetary Loss: $228.

You can cancel orders yourself, as every as customer has a portal to control their orders. Nerium Support will be happy to help you with this. Just give us a call at 855-463-7486 or email us at support@nerium.com.

So you are blaming the company for you not calling and cancelling yourself? If you are able to write up a bogus complaint, surely you can cancel on your own.

And just so you know, it IS a massive discount. Not sure what your person told you, but the product is literally unlike anything else. Why else would Signum Bioscience attach their name to it? Get real.

Make the phone call yourself. Stop relying on other people to do it for you.

I sell Nerium. There never isnt a way out.

There is always a way out. Call customer service yourself and they can stop any future order immediately. If the other product isnt past 30 days you can get a full refund if you return it.

Obviously it would be better if you can use the products if you use them consistently it really does work. If you just can't afford it then you should be able to cancel you can also opt to get your product for free by telling other people are having a small get together and inviting some friends or family if 3 people order your future orders will be free

This is not Neriums fault, this is your "friends" fault. It is very easy to cancel your auto shipment.

Hello, I am really sorry to hear about your experience with Nerium International. I completely understand your concerns, it is very simple to end your Auto Delivery Order by simply logging into your account that was set up for you in the beginning.

You would visit your website at www.(username).nerium.com. Click Log on, and then go to ADO and remove products from the ADO which will then stop shipments and stop deducting money from your account.
